We are now in the position for further expansion and are looking for Senior Consultants to strengthen our value-creation capabilities for clients.
1. Day-to-day Responsibilities:
1) Be responsible for sales & business development of training workshops, tailor-made coaching programs & program management in people development area.
2) Maintain customer relation with clients through offering consultant service on coaching service, Human resource planning, organization development and leadership team efficiency. .
3) Report client update and status to line manager in regular basis.
4) Drive sale programs though program management skills to generate customer demands and sales leads.
5) Contribute to the overall success of MindSpan through involvement in the other sales and marketing involvements when needed.
2. Requirements:

7) Be self-driven and result oriented
8) Have an entrepreneurial mindset and be excellent in interpersonal skills.
9) Have to be hands-on, independent, creative and an outstanding team player.
10) 4-5 Years’experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer service preferably in professional service industry, prior experience in consulting or corporate training industry will be a strong plus.
11) University graduates or MBA with good command of English and Chinese and proficiency in Word applications.
