    This book should be called "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Sucession Planning" or "Talent Management A-Z" given how complete it is. I am an independent consultant/trainer and I will be encouraging many of my clients to purchase this book as several have succession planning as a current critical need in their organization. What I particularly like about the book is how practical and detailed it is. The authors tell you not only what to do and how, but what not to do as well. Also, it is easy to find a specific topic you are interested in. This book is well worth the cost.

    I purchased this book in preparation for several Talent Reviews that I was due to plan and facilitate within my organization. To say the least, it was a tremendously helpful and useful resource every step of the way.
