1. This program applies to all product purchases by MSL members and registered users.

2. This program only covers purchases of books and Audio CDs. Membership fees, consulting fees, training payments, shipping cost and gift-wrapping are not included.

3. MSL CashPoints are non-cash incentives with similar functionality as cash. The value of CPs is equal to that of cash when you use it shopping with www.mindspan.cn.

4. CPs are generated from one’s initial purchase and can be used only for the following purchases.

5. Customers can choose to cash in their CPs in any repeat purchase with www.mindspan.cn they like.

6. In a situation where a customer places a new order and wants to use available CPs from his previous purchases, please be aware that only new purchases can generate CPs. The use of CPs to offset part of the order will not generate any new CPs. For instance, if the purchase is ￥500.00, and the customer opts to use 100 CPs available and pays ￥400.00 by cash, then only the cash part will generate new CPs. The 300 CPs will generate no new CPs.

7. Customers own CPs as part of their rights.

8. Customers cannot transfer their CPs to a third party. However, it is possible that a customer buys products from www.mindspan.cn and gets them shipped to their family or friends using the CPs in the event they want to give away their CPs as a gift.

9. Customers can check their CP balance in "My Account" in our website.

10. Customers can contact us at service@mindspan.cn when a situation is not described in this program. .

11. MSL retains the final right to interpret the terms as stipulated in this program.
