1. Sales Representative

The job

1) To call on corporate accounts including companies, foreign schools and kindergartens to sell company's full line-ups to corporate clients including book club products, corporate library solutions, corporate training focusing on professional development as well as memberships for MSL consulting services driven by corporate demand.

2) To design, review and implement sales schemes with guidance from Sales & Marketing Director to penetrate the expatriate and local elite community so as to increase sales of original American English books.

3)To meet the quarterly sales quota for revenue, margin, new account acquisition and business development.

4) To initiate, lead and own business development projects working with marketing team to build revenue pipeline and sustain business growth.

5) To maximize sales productivity and increase sales revenue through a combination of sales tactics: account visits, cold call, referrals, database marketing and telemarketing.



The requirements

1) 2-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in selling training, consultancy and other high-value services to corporate accounts.

2) Self driven, dynamic and ambitious with a burning desire to work toward a successful sales career with a growing company.

3) An excellent track record of sales in his/her past jobs.

4) College graduate with excellent English, interpersonal skills and closing and negotiation skills while a great team worker.

5) Mature and professional in both manner and personality and has to the potential to grow himself/herself to lead a sales team effectively in 3-4 years.

6) Be able to demonstrate integrity in job.



2. Senior Consultant

The job

1)To evaluate, select, and structure product developments based on agreed rules and guidelines with minimum guidance.

2) To aid member customers through a variety of means to help improve their English and professional skills.

3) To sell the books, consulting and training products to individual and corporate accounts and meet quarterly sales quota for revenue, margin and new account acquisition while consistently achieving customer satisfaction.

4) To create maximum customer value and deliver superb customer experience through your knowledge, efforts, a spirit to serve and share and solid follow-through.

5) To support corporate marketing initiatives and to contribute to company's marketing strategy and execution.



The requirements

1) 4-5 years' working experience with substantial business responsibility, preferably in a Western firm.

2) Degree in English or other liberal art disciplines with outstanding English skills.

3) Exceptional customer focus and a spirit to serve, support and share.

4) Can demonstrate strong personal commitment, can-do attitude, and entrepreneurship.

5) A leader with a passion to coach and support younger co-workers.

6) Be able to demonstrate integrity in job.



3. Consultant

The job

The requirements

1) 1-2 years' working experience in sales, marketing or customer service, preferably in a Western firm.

2) Degree in English with outstanding command of English.

3) Be self-driven, committed, competent, and entrepreneurial.

4) Be able to demonstrate integrity in job.



4. Accounting Specialist

The job

1) To take charge of the daily accounting routines from bookkeeping to making payments to vendors and suppliers, from budgeting expenses to making timely financial plans.

2) Be responsible for Finance./Accounting and Tax processes.

3) To provide adequate ADM support to ensure company's business needs are exceeded.

4) Maintain and update company tax-related /registration documents & filing.

5) To support the CCC team in delivering ultimate customer care.

6) Be responsible for administrative routines.

7) To participate in corporate initiative of building a Champion Team.



The requirements

1) Degree in accounting or finance.

2) At least 3 years' working experience in accounting/finance field.

3) Accounting/Finance knowledge, CPA certification is a plus.

4) Be able to work under pressure and deliver tasks before deadlines.

5) A committed team worker, a quick learner, a self-starter with excellent communication skills.

6) Be able to demonstrate integrity in job.

7) Good command of English.
