When I first used the pcbs® I found it to be a goldmine - no longer did I need to start from scratch or to create something on the run as I needed it - thereby wasting my time and making things harder for myself.
As my business has grown I have found that the tools and strategies in the pcbs® are just as relevant now as they were in the beginning of my coaching business. I revisit and review my systems on a regular basis using the pcbs as a guide.
I would recommend the pcbs® to any coach starting out or wanting to upgrade their current business systems.
I think of it as having a miniature Belinda in my cupboard - ready at a moment's notice!

Many professional people with small practices find it hard to put in the time to set up their office systems. They make do with second best and this limits their success. I'm sure the pcbs® will be enormously helpful to professional coaches. I wish there was a similar system for marketers.
