Men, while still lame, can no longer hide behind the old excuse of ignorance when it comes to pleasuring a woman - the facts are all here in this complete guide.

An entire book written strictly for the pleasure of women by a man. Hallelujah!

This well-written, hands-on, fluff-free book puts the "big penis=big orgasm" theory to rest once and for all. No man or woman should be without it.

Required reading for all men who are dating and all women who are wondering why they're not satisfied.

Kerner's She Comes First describes itself as a book devoted entirely to the practice of orally pleasuring a woman. In this, it doesn't fail, but it doesn't really succeed either.

The first half of the book is probably the most valueable. It reinforces attitudes and lessons we sometimes forget after being in relationships for a long time. If you find yourself falling into a ho-hum pattern that lacks spice, the first half is worth reading, as it really sells the idea that sex should be about pleasuring your partner and finding happiness in giving them pleasure. For people who find themselves in a rut, this simple reminder can kick start a lagging relationship. Also of value are the chapters devoted to recent research on the female anatomy. While many books focus on the reproductive function of anatomy, She Comes First focuses on the how and why each part of the woman's anatomy is tied to her pleasure. The book also emphasizes the importance of the "pattern of arousal." It emphasizes what parts of the female anatomy should be stimulated, and whats parts should be avoided, based on her stage of arousal.

I personally found the sections on anatomy to be far more helpful in learning new ways to pleasure my spouse than any of the sections on "techniques." The second half of the book is dedicated to techniques, and as with all sex manuals, the techniques are based on the author's personal experiences. Since all women are different, the techniques are of minimal value. Some will work with your lover, some won't.

The book is written in a light and easy to read fashion, and readers will have no trouble breezing through it.

A few months ago I bought this book for my husband along with the amzazing "How to Be Her Best Lover Ever" by John Alexander.

My boyfriend at the time (now my husband) learned an immense amount from both books which are really a great complement to each other.

She Comes First is mostly a guide to cunnilingus. My husband doesn't have a lot of patience for long books, and Kerner's book is mercifully consise and easy to read.

As a woman, I'm a believer that males are actually the best sources of advice for guys on how to be great in bed (with the top two without a doubt being Kerner and Alexander). The reason, I think, is because they're able to analyze more dispassionately without the problem of their personal biases interfering.

Kerner explains thoroughly what gives a woman pleasure. What's important is to slowly build up a woman's arousal. A man should tease and tease again. Build the woman up to a point where she's BEGGING her man to give her release!

Guys, this book will show you how women are different from you. If you want your woman to have pleasure (which means YOU get pleasure too!), you need to learn how your woman's genitalia operate. Learn everything about your woman's anatomy and where her erogenous zones are; it's the most rewarding education you can have!

Even if you're a sexual virtuoso already, I believe you can still learn from She Comes First. But at the same time, there are detailed guides for even men who are very beginners when it comes to sex.

Get this book. You won't regret it.

This is a terrific book. Most books dealing with giving women what they richly deserve - that is, a loving happy tongue - are always of interest as I love to do it. See, lavishing her gorgeousness with your tongue is one of the greatest things a person can do. It makes her happy, loved, thrilled to be alive. Reading this book and applying your knowledge (along with your innate desire to satisfy her) will only reap benefits more rewarding than ANYTHING. I'll end this review with a tip from me that usually sends my girlfriend through the roof with ecstasy - have her lie on her side with a couple of pillows between her knees. Then, as you're getting busy take a lubricated finger and delicately massage her ass moving down slowly until you're penetrating her. Then, slowly work to establish a rhythm with your finger and your tongue until she gets hers. She will be all smiles afterward.

This is a brilliant introduction to the female genitalia and how to stimulate them for the maximum pleasure of your partner. Detailed illustrations help introduce a concept new to some that the 'clitoris' is much more than just the 'starter button' but includes a much broader area. The 'G' spot is explained scientifically. After reading this book through several times I put it into practice with a professional girl who told me "If my last to ex's had done that to me they wouldn't now be ex's!". The book changed me from somewhat ham-fisted to an appreciated practitioner. A 'must have' in the library of any male who is seriously interested in being good at making love.

Regardless of what everyone else is saying, we men are not all just into pleasuring ourselves - as the popularity of this book shows. Men care about pleasing their lover, but sometimes it is difficult. I think this is because women are each so unique, whereas men are easier to figure out, when it comes to sex. That's what I loved about this book. It really makes you look at the woman you are trying to please as an individual, instead of claiming that certain sexual tecniques will work on all women. By listening to her and focusing on her wishes and needs, you can figure out what is going to work for her. This book has worked wonders for me. Also, I have discovered that women love fantasizing during sex, so books with stories about womens fantasies help too. "Bedtime Stories for Women" is fantastic for putting a woman in the mood. Also "Five Minute Erotica" works well. I simply offer to read her a little bedtime story...and it never fails.

Believe it or not, my boyfriend bought this book for me, not the other way around! Because I've always had hangups about my body and even though he's been enthusiastic about wanting to satisfy me with his mouth, I just don't want him to because it makes me feel too vulnerable and I worry about being overweight. I like sex under the blankets with the lights off, and I know a lot of other women feel this way too. And when it comes to oral sex, it's easier for a woman to give than receive I think because of all the hang-ups and the feeling that it takes too long and the guy is getting impatient or doesn't like it. So my boyfriend bought me this book to show me how enthusiastic he is and to show me what he wants to do and after I read a few pages, I couldn't wait it set my mind on fire! It was amazing, and now I want it all the time from him and I keep telling him about different techniques in the book, try this one and that one! It's a whole new approach to sex for me, and I never knew that guys could like it so much! So for any woman who is afraid for some reason of having a guy go down on him or just plain nervous about it, this is a great book to get into the male mind-set and also learn things about your own body that you never knew. The only reason I give it four stars is because the author has now turned me into a sex addict and I can't get enough. Also, it's very one-sided towards pleasuring the woman, and doesn't talk about what a woman can do to a guy and sex shouldn't be so one-sided, even though it's a great side to be on!
