I was looking for a meditation book akin to Florence Schovel Shinn when I came across this. Although it talks about manifesting one's desire through focus, I found the way it was written strained the bounds of believabilty. She talks about Abraham speaking to her from the non-physical dimension (and extension of the physical dimension) and the time-space reality. I just found the whole business bizarre and not really all that useful. If you are looking for a practical meditation manual, this isn't it. I have no doubt that Esther Hicks in sincere when she talks about her experience, but I don't believe God is talking through her. Sorry.
