I have had this book for over 3 years and have read it at least 4 times from cover to cover. Occassionally, I skim certain pages for information. The book gives simple to follow success principles for the Corporate office which are common sense and very helpful. No bluff. Anyone can do it. While innovation and leadership are not natural charateristics for all of us (some are born more advantages than others), this book certainly provides rules anyone can follow for rising to the top of any organization.
