I chose this book to read and study because I needed a practical guide to managing a globally distributed team. As I continued reading, it became very clear to me that Ms. Haywood is a program/project manager who has managed distributed teams. And the materials are highly practical and useful.
'Managing Virtual Teams' has provided suggestion that I have used which have added value to my deliverables, added value in my relationships with colleagues, and added value to me as a program/project manager.
