This book is filled with baby images. Like all of books in the Baby Einstein series, the images are a mix of photographs, drawings, and even famous works of art, thus providing your child with an exposure to wide array of image types. Given the small size and sturdy board pages, this is a perfect first book for infants, but it would also appeal to older children, especially those with a new baby brother or sister. Pictures are of great diversity! I strongly recommend this book to anyone looking to purchase a good board book for a child.

This little book is easy for small hands to hold. My granddaughter loves it and the other books in this series. She can gather them up and come get in your lap and "read". It has cute pictures and not a lot of words. Babies turn pages so fast, fewer words are best. Enjoying it lots. |

This is clearly one of my daughter's favorite books, and has been for some time. The book is small (great for little hands) and the pages are easy to turn. She is fascinated by the variety of pictures of different babies. Our copy is well-worn and quite dog-eared, but has been quite durable given the heavy use. I would heartily recommend this book and others in the series, for any baby in the six to 18 month range. Younger babies will like the photos, and older babies will enjoy a book they can "read" on their own. |

My daughter has loved this book from day one; we have a chewed copy to prove it. She loved looking at the different babies and even a year later, it still holds her interest. I have bought it for other babies and they have also loved it - highly recommended! |

We got the Babies, Birds, Cats, and Dogs books and my 16 month old loves all of them. There are a variety of pictures, simple words, and are small enough for her to hold in her hands easily. She will make a big smile like the baby when we read "Babies have big smiles" and she will cry for us when we read "Sometimes babies cry". |
