This book lays it all out for you. Eating the wrong things are not good for you waistline, and seeing the numbers in front of you makes you think "It is THAT many calories?" or "I better try something else." which is the intent of the book after all and it succeeds in doing its job.
A great reference to look for things you can enjoy and also opens up some great options.
Others have mentioned some of the suprises in store in the book and there are others (of course).
This book is now a reference book I look at and have fun with, plus I think it has helped me drop a couple of pounds extra with my exercising in the last couple of weeks.

This is a wonderful book to carry in your car when travelling. It has most of the chain food stores listed and suggests what is the healthiest and lowest in calorie choices in each place. I wish this book was available when my children were young. |
