Other information: Globally recognized for its effectiveness, executive coaching has become one of the most heavily invested tools in senior leadership development among the world’s most outstanding organizations. More and more companies are driving the coaching culture to increase retention, performance and leadership development. The value of the external coach is now widely recognized as executives are able to utilize the agenda-free relationship to examine the targeted areas for personal and professional development in a safe forum. Our cutting-edge program provides thorough and highly experiential training focusing on tools and practical application of real-life executive coaching scenarios so that you come away fully equipped to operate as an internal or external coach. To make our ECCP unique, we acknowledge the conflicting paradigms of Western leadership best practice and the Chinese culture, and examine the challenges ahead for coaching in China. Our ECCP was designed by Lisa Wandl, PCC, in conjunction with Carol Wilson, who worked at board level with Sir Richard Branson at Virgin, one of the original coaching cultures, and delivered by Lisa Wandl and Maryanne Perry, who are among the most experienced executive coaches and coach trainers in Asia Pacific. Our 7-day ECCP is broken down into two 3-day face-to-face workshops supported by weekly 2-hour group conference calls between the 2 workshops, followed by 3 additional monthly group mentoring calls and e-mail support.

Excellent program! Good material touched on many subjects; I especially enjoyed the concepts, definitions, acronyms and phrases as well as the role play, it really made me think and force my lessons into practice. I also take many management training, and find many contents touch base on similar topics and concepts very rewarding!”
Good examples with good articulation; presentation is done in concise and pleasant way; inducing a lot of interactions from the class is also exceptional; good way, good way of leading from one topic to another.
It has been soooo rewarding for me in many ways. To say the least, I think I have become a better person as I see myself starting to think differently. I believe I need to change myself before I can help change others. Thank you, Gary, for arranging this fabulous training and workshop. Thank you, Lisa and Barbara, for your wonderful way of coaching. You guys are the best, and once again, GOOD JOB! |

I am amazed how much I've learned, even though I thought I know a lot, it’s a very helpful learning of self-discovery and structure for the Coaching delivery in the future …
The delivery of the program is very good so far, a good balance out of presentations, team learning, support to individuals, Q &A, integrating the cultural dimension etc. Please continue it this way… Well done and I am looking forward to continue the journey …
Lisa and Barbara, even though the whole program is not finished yet, but our face to face part is… so I wanted to thank you both for sharing all your ‘secrets’ about Coaching. It’s a ‘masterful’ mindset of you to teach, share and support us as ‘youngsters’ and I thank you very much personally for your openness, selflessness, positivism, caring about us and sensitiveness. Your cultural openness and awareness was part of the success of the program.
Gary, thanks to you the program found its place here in China. You have been great with all your passion to ‘plant the seeds’ for something big and I can envision ‘strong coaching trees’ (our and future teams) growing here in China. With your passion and commitment we all benefited and will do so in the future… Thank you also for sharing your insights about the challenges for coaching in China …
The training has been a great experience for me, esp. to understand myself better, the way how I interact in coaching situations and to give the Coaching assignments a structure, which I can apply in my future Coaching journey. Lisa and Barbara are a great team and mastered wonderful the program design and delivery (in a flexible manner), the challenges of distance (conference calls) and added enough space to capture the specialities of Coaching in China. I will always recommend joining the program.
Lisa has been a masterful trainer for the program, always professional, sensitive to the Chinese environment, competent in all aspects of Coaching (no questions were unanswered), reflective, open, empathetic, insightful, observant and a very warm human being.
Barbara is a great trainer who provided us with additional insights from her experience and from ICF, which is extremely beneficial to make this program even a greater success (alignment with ICF framework). Barbara is a wonderful professional with an Australian touch . She is a great duo with Lisa and part of the program’s success. Barbara is very inspirational, warm, competent, full of humour, adventurous in her life and a natural human being. |

It is a well balanced program. Like the mixture of teaching, role play, fun play and team exercises. Balance between Lisa& Barbara is excellent. Tight schedule, but keep us on track Book is clear, well structured & usable beyond expectations.
Very engaged in interaction and feedback; an excellent group of work expertise; enough things for quick learning; have not been concentrated so well and happily for 3 days on a subject in a long time; look forward to more. |

“Skills taught are very detailed and useful; very structured program and model presented. Participation by participant is good; encouraged interaction and shared practices; shared new experience in coaching with in the business.”
“I learnt a lot not just the skills, but also gave me an opportunity to reflect what I have done previously as compared to what was being taught in the class. It provided me the insights about my competence in coaching. Share the common tools used in executive coaching, e.g, when to use MBTI, 360 feedback etc. Share practical experience in executive coaching, eg. what are the common issues that coachee in business organization will encounter, if coachee is resistant during the process, what to do etc....”
“Lisa demonstrates her commitment and passion towards coaching throughout the program. She practises what she believes and this is very convincing to me. She also tries to answer all the requests from the participants. Her email response is very fast which shows that she is dedicated to this program.”
“Barbara is somehow of a different style than Lisa. She plays her part well and complements what Lisa is doing. She helps to maintain the pace and time of the program which is very necessary. I like the activities that she facilitates. This helps to build the atmosphere of the class.”
- Grace Chemical Asia Pacific HRD
The content is very comprehensive and precise. I think it is a very good guiding book for anyone who want start to learn how to be an executive coach. It was well structured, researched and documented.
Both Lisa and Barbara were very knowledgeable. The program had the right balance of relevant theoretical inputs and hands-on practical exercises.
This is a great training workshop, and it substantially enriched my knowledge. You provide great value for me! This program fits my needs perfectly, if I had to choose again, I'd choose it again in a heartbeat.
