Heard the taped version of EXCUSE ME, YOUR LIFE IS WAITING, written and read by Lynn Grabhorn ... though you may not have yet heard of the author or book, I urge you to get hold of it at once and then devour it ... it is that good!
Grabhorn's premise is that the law of attraction puts whatever you think about into your life, so you need to be careful about what you put in your life and how you feel about it ... she also points out that every moment of lives if governed by our emotions and not be luck, hard work, circumstance, good thoughts, or visualization.
She contends that there are "four steps to deliberate creation, the four steps that are guaranteed ... to bring into your life whatever is your passion and much, much more" ... they are:
Step 1. Identify what you DON'T want. Step 2. From that, identify what you DO want. Step 3. Get into the feeling place of what you want. Step 4. Expect, listen and allow it to happen.
My plan is to get the hard copy of the book to pick up even more than I did from listening ... however, from hearing the author's very enthusiastic narration just a first time, I also learned:
If you don't feel it happening, it won't.
We get what we focus on.
If you don't want something for 16 seconds or more, that's a sure way to make it happen.
Focus on what you want, not on what you don't want. For example, don't say, "I don't want to get sick." (You will!) Say, instead, something to this effect: "I do want to feel better and better every day."
If you intend and you feel, it will happen.
Saying "I intend" prepaves your day!
Being against something isn't going to improve it.
(From quoting Blaine Greenfield, USA)

From Publisher
EXCUSE ME, YOUR LIFE IS WAITING: THE ASTONISHING POWER OF FEELINGS picks up where most positive thinking books have left off, giving us the rather startling new information that every moment of our lives is governed by our EMOTIONS, not by luck, or hard work, or circumstance, or good thoughts, or visualization.
The material in EXCUSE ME has never been told before, because it was never known before, and clarifies why the majority of us have lived with all-too-empty bank accounts, tough relationships, failing health, and often spiritually unfulfilling lives.
In her upbeat, humorous, and somewhat irreverent style, author Lynn Grabhorn (who increased her income 830% in one year using these principles) shows us how, with this astonishing new data, to turn it all around and create the kind of life we've always dreamed of... not ten years from now, but RIGHT NOW. -This text refers to the Hardcover edition.

The law of attraction puts whatever you think about into your life, so you have to be careful what you put in your mind and how you feel about it. The distinction between negative wants (I don't want to be poor) and positive wants (I want enough money to do what I want in life) is difficult for most people, but the author makes it abundantly clear with great personal examples and a lot of enthusiasm. We can choose how we frame things and thus control the vibrations we send out to the world. Her strong emotions will be too much for some listeners, but she's genuine, and the ideas will grab you no matter how you feel about the reading. A "must hear" for anyone stuck in negativity. This book's down-to-earth language and practical viewpoint was far more helpful to me than the many books on visualization I have read over the past 20 years. Maybe it just came at a time I really needed to hear it again, but I thought there was nothing new I could learn from this type of book, and had given up reading them. A friend gave this to me when I was depressed and it caught me my surprise and changed my life instantly! |
